Keys and Remote Controls

To return to the original unlocking function, repeat the process. Replacing the Battery Note: Refer to local regulations when disposing of transmitter batteries. Note: Do not wipe off any grease on the battery terminals or on the back surface of the circuit board. Note: Replacing the battery will not delete the transmitter from the vehicle. 2. Release the retaining clips with the screwdriver and separate the two halves of the remote control.

E126152 1. Insert a screwdriver into the recess on the back of the key and remove the key blade.

Note: Do not touch the battery contacts or the printed circuit board with the screwdriver. 3. Carefully pry out the battery with the screwdriver. 4. Install a newbattery (3VCR2032)with the + facing upward.
