Battery Saver If you leave the courtesy lamps, interior lamps or headlamps on, the battery saver shuts them off 10 minutes after you switch the ignition off. Press the exterior release button. Your vehicle must be unlocked or have an intelligent access key within 3 ft (1 m) of the luggage compartment. To unlock and release the trunk using the keypad, enter the factory-set code or your personal code and then press 5-6 on the keypad.
