Vehicle driving
Driver behavior monitoring IACC is a driver assistant system that performs driver status monitoring during use. Should the driver status fail to meet safe driving criteria, the instrument display will issue warning alerts encompassing images, sounds, and text prompts consecutively. If the driver neglects to promptly assume vehicle control following instrument screen alerts, the IACC will engage hazard lights and initiate deceleration. Once the vehicle decelerates to a halt, the electronic parking brake will automatically engage, resulting in IACC deactivation. During deceleration governed by IACC, manual intervention can reclaim vehicle control.
Caution If the IACC system deactivates due to a fault, the vehicle must be restarted after resolving the issue for IACC reuse. Fault handling When the front millimeter wave radar, front-facing camera, or related systems fault, the intelligent adaptive cruise control (IACC) will enter a fault state. At this point, the instrument cluster will display an orange IACC status indicator.
