Sentry mode 1. For convenient safety management during vehicle parking, you can activate the sentry mode. Once this function is enabled, when the vehicle is powered off and locked, the external camera will continuously monitor the surrounding area (monitoring only, no saving). When the vehicle suffers scratches or impacts, the central control display screen lights up, and the left and right turn signals flash for warning. A video from 15 seconds before to 15 seconds after the event is saved to the TF card, and the user is notified of the sentry event via mobile phone alert. After entering the vehicle, you can view the video in the emergency recording section of the Application Center - DVR - Album. 2. Sentry mode on/off methods Method 1: Enable/disable Sentry mode in the central control display screen [Vehicle Center] - [Safety and Maintenance], and select Sentry mode sensitivity. Method 2: Enable/disable sentry mode via the sentry mode button on the mobile app homepage, and adjust sentry mode sensitivity. 3. Precautions for sentry mode Precaution 1: During sentry mode, vehicles experience high voltage, and sensors continually work, leading to additional power consumption. Use when the vehicle's power battery is above 20%; Precaution 2: The sentry alarm video is saved only on the vehicle's TF card. Check if the TF card under the armrest box is properly mounted before activation. Without a TF card, sentry mode can trigger, but video cannot be saved. Precaution 3: Sentry mode will automatically exit if activated for more than 12 hours, the state of charge (SOC) is less than 20%, or the vehicle is unlocked and powered on. You will be notified via mobile app. Precaution 4: Sentry alarm videos are stored in the emergency recording section of the album. Please monitor the TF card capacity promptly to prevent video recording failures due to insufficient space.
