Maintenance and self-service

Software upgrade ※ This car has an online software upgrade (OTA) function.

1. Upgrade immediately: On the central control display screen, click on "Vehicle Center" - "System" - "System Upgrade", and click "Upgrade Now" to upgrade the vehicle immediately once the upgrade conditions are met; 2. Appointment upgrade: On the central control display screen, click on "Vehicle Center" - "System" - "System Upgrade", and click on "Appointment Upgrade" to schedule the vehicle upgrade at your appointed time. Before the upgrade, you can cancel it on the vehicle's infotainment system; Upgrade duration: Slight differences may exist among different configuration models. Please refer to the actual display on the car's infotainment system.

If the upgrade is unsuccessful, the vehicle's instrument panel or central control display screen will show an upgrade failure message along with brief handling suggestions. You can retry the upgrade or contact an authorized service outlet for assistance, and immediately cease driving the vehicle. If you still choose to continue driving, the Company will not be liable for any resulting losses. If the upgrade is unsuccessful, the vehicle will be reverted to the previously available software version, and the vehicle's functions may be restricted in response to the fault state from the upgrade fault to ensure safety. If necessary, the vehicle's speed may be limited or unable to operate. Please contact after-sales service personnel for assistance. If the upgrade fails and the vehicle status is abnormal, please follow the steps below: 1. Do not forcefully operate: Avoid operations on the vehicle that might cause hazard, such as repeatedly attempting to start the vehicle or forcibly shutting off power. 2. Contact customer service: Call customer service promptly or visit a nearby dealer to provide a detailed description of the pre- and post-upgrade failure situation to professional personnel, in order to obtain further technical support and solutions.
