Emergency rescue

After clicking the 'understood' button in the pop-up box, the vehicle will enter trailer mode.

Caution After trailer mode is activated, the vehicle's gear will shift from P to N, and the electronic parking brake will be released. To prevent rollback, activate trailer mode on flat, non-steep terrain. Precautions for towing vehicle Towing is only for the process of transporting a vehicle onto a flatbed trailer. When the vehicle is powered down, the assist systems become inactive, requiring significant effort for braking and steering. Use towing points, body, and chassis components to lift the car; otherwise, damage may occur. Avoid sudden starts or unstable driving, which can exert excessive stress on the tow hook, trailer cable, or chain, potentially leading to breakage, vehicle damage, and personal injury. If a malfunctioning vehicle cannot be moved, do not forcibly continue towing. Please attempt to move in a straight line while towing.

Warning!

 Using parts of the vehicle other than the towing points for towing may damage your vehicle.  The towing vehicle's steel cable or chain should be firmly secured to the tow hook.  Avoid jerking the tow hitch when towing; apply steady and even force.
