IoV services

You can complete the download, register, and logging into the app, then bind your vehicle to view and control your car through the app. You can complete this process independently or with assistance from staff at an authorized service center. Download※ You can download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. For detailed information, please consult staff at authorized service centers. Login and registration ※ After downloading the app, please register an account using the contact information provided at purchase. Once registration is completed, enter your password to log into the app. Please select the correct country or region associated with the vehicle purchase during login. Incorrect selection may result in inability to bind your vehicle. Bind vehicles ※ Upon logging in, click 'Bind Vehicle' to view purchased vehicles, then click 'Verify Binding' to finalize the process. After completing the binding, you can view and control your vehicle. Registration, login, and vehicle binding procedures may differ slightly across various countries and regions. Please consult authorized service center staff for assistance. Termination of IoV services※ If you no longer need to control the vehicle via the app, self-service unbinding is available within the app. 1. Steps to unbind your vehicle are as follows: 1) Log in to the mobile app with the account requiring unbinding. 2) Navigate to 'My Vehicles' within 'Personal Center'. 3) Select the vehicle for unbinding, and click the 'Vehicle Unbind' button in the pop-up window. 4) Review unbinding instructions, verify unbinding, input verification code, and complete the process. 2. Once successfully unbound, your vehicle will no longer utilize IoV services. 3. For additional account cancellation, click "Account Cancellation" under “Personal Center” - “Account and Security” in the upper right; follow instructions to complete cancellation. Prompt  Should you need to change the vehicle controller or amend control accounts due to sales or transactions, visit authorized service outlets for unbinding or account change assistance. After unbinding, your vehicle will cease to use IoV services.
