The reminder function for an unfastened rear seat belt can be turned off by navigating to [Vehicle Center] - [Body] - [Seats and Windows] - [Seat Belt Unfastened Reminder]. It is advisable to keep the rear seat belt reminder function active when the rear seats are occupied. Caution If the seat belt reminder does not adhere to the above logic, the device may be faulting. Please contact an authorized service center. Wearing a seat belt The three-point lap belt should be secured at the hips, kept as low as possible, and not fastened at the waist; the shoulder belt should be positioned diagonally across the chest, not under the arms. Wearing 1. Pull the seat belt tongue smoothly to extend the seat belt. 2. Wrap the shoulder strap over the shoulders and the lap belt around the hips. 3. Align the seat belt tongue with the buckle and insert it until you hear a "click," indicating that the seat belt is fastened.
