Good music can make a great drive even better. Escape is available with a choice of high-quality audio systems that are designed to provide crystal clear sound when you’re on the move. Speakers in the front doors combine with a dash-mounted center speaker to create a 3-way system. Powerful rear speakers help create a virtual sound stage. The Audio System from Sony ®1 has an advanced digital signal processor, which can optimize the listening experience for the driver only, or for all occupants, at the touch of a button.

The power panoramic roof 1 provides an increased sense of space and airiness throughout the cabin. For instant ventilation, the entire front section of glass glides quietly underneath the rear section at the touch of a button. Solar- reflective glass helps keep the cabin cool on sunny days, while a structural ring around the panoramic roof maintains the bodyshell’s torsional rigidity.

The hands-free foot-activated liftgate 1 is unique, offering a welcome lift when your hands are full as you approach your vehicle. You can even adjust the height to which the liftgate raises – helpful if you have to contend with overhangs or a low garage roof.
