Heater Turns Off By Itself

CAUTION If you cannot resolve the fault by yourself, please contact your authorized service. Entering the service menu to learn the error code: keys, navigate to symbol on the start screen, and enter the settings menu with the key. Press and hold the key for more than 5 seconds in the settings menu. Code shown in the menu no.1.1.1 on the screen is the error code for heater no.1. If there is a 2nd heater in the vehicle, navigate to menu no.1.1.2 with the key to see the error code for heater no.2. WARNING Service menu shall only be used for displaying the error code. Heater overheats
