CAUTION
The following time and distance interval is only displayed when the function is activated and adjusted. The smaller interval between the following time and distance, the shorter the reaction time reserved for you. Please adjust cruise speed and the following time and distance intervals according to external factors such as traffic flow ahead, real - time weather and road conditions.
Exit ACC
After ACC is activated, the cruise control system will exit to standby mode if the following operations are performed or the following conditions are met (not limited to):
• Depress the brake pedal while the vehicle is in motion;
• Apply the parking brake;
• The vehicle slides downhill after stopping following a vehicle
• Move the gear lever upwards;
• Open the driver's door;
• Turn off the ESC function;
• Exit D gear;
• Unfasten the driver's seat belt;
• HDC/ESC/ABS/ Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB) is activated;
• The driver actively speeds up more than 15 min or the speed exceeds 155km/h;
• Associated system failure.
If the ACC controls the vehicle to stop, the ACC will not exit when the brake pedal is depressed.
CAUTION
In any case, if you determine that the vehicle is at risk of safety, please cancel or close the ACC decisively and take over immediately and control the vehicle.
Restore ACC
When ACC is switched from active to standby:
Press the button
and ACC will reactivate and resume the previously set speed.
Press the button and ACC will reactivate and automatically set the current vehicle speed to the cruising speed.
