4. Remove the spare tire. Rotate the spare tire pressure plate counterclockwise to move the spare tire assembly out of the trunk to the ground.

5. Remove the wheel nut decorative covers. The vehicle is equipped with nut decorative covers. First use the nut clamp to remove all the nut decorative covers.

6. Loosen the nuts. Use a socket wrench to loosen the wheel nut counterclockwise (about one turn).
