High voltage discharge method

If you need to cut off the high - voltage system urgently, you must first disconnect the high - voltage circuit connection and then disconnect the negative terminal battery. Disconnect the high - voltage circuit by unplugging the high - voltage interlock circuit connector, which is located next to the right front cabin compressor.

The method of cutting off the high voltage system is as follows:

1. Open the hood;

2. Locate the high voltage interlock circuit connector (located on the right side of the cabin, next to the compressor);

3. Pull out the locking spring on the connector housing, press the spring and unplug the connector to disconnect the high - voltage circuit of the vehicle;

4. Open the trunk, disconnect the negative battery cable and insulate it.
