Download and Authentication ※

• Download the APP

You can download the APP from the Apple APP Store or the Google Play Store. For more information, please consult the authorized staff of Changan Automobile.

• Register and Login

After downloading the APP, please register the APP account using the email or Mobile Phone number reserved when purchasing the car. After successful registration, enter the password to log in to the APP. Please correctly select the country or region where you purchased the vehicle when logging in. If you make an incorrect selection, your vehicle will not be bound.

• Bind vehicle

After logging in with the email or mobile phone number used to purchase the vehicle, click [Bind Vehicle] to check the vehicle you have purchased, and click [Confirm Binding] to complete the binding. After binding is completed, you can view and control your car.

Tips

After downloading the APP, register and log in, and bind your vehicle, then you can view and control your car on the APP. The registration, login and vehicle binding methods in some countries and regions may be slightly different. You can consult the authorized staff of Changan Automobile and complete the above process with their assistance.

Internet of Vehicles Service Cancellation ※

If you no longer need to control the vehicle through the APP, you can unbind it by yourself in the APP.

The steps to unbind a vehicle are as follows:

1. Log in to the mobile App using the account that needs to be unbound;

2. Click [My Car] in the upper left corner to enter the [Vehicle Management] page;

3. Click the vehicle that needs to be unbound, and click the [Unbind Vehicle] button in the pop - up interface; 4. Read the unbinding instructions, click [Confirm Unbinding], enter the verification code, and complete the unbinding. If you need to further cancel your account, you can click [Account Cancellation] in [Personal Center] - [Account and Security] in the upper right corner and complete the account cancellation according to the prompts.

Tips

If you need to change the person controlling the vehicle, or need to change the vehicle controlling account due to vehicle sales, please go to a Changan Automobile authorized dealer and the staff will assist you in unbinding or changing the binding.
