Child Restraint System

Please use child restraints that comply with national safety standards.

To select and purchase an appropriate child restraint system, the child's height, age and weight shall be taken into consideration. Please install and use the child restraint system strictly according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Do not use a rear - facing child restraint in a seat protected by a frontal airbag.

For children weighing no more than 18kg (reference age 3 years), the child seat must be installed rearward facing.

DANGER

Child restraints can only be installed on the rear outboard seats. It is strictly forbidden to install child restraints on the front passenger seat.

Lock the rear seat back before installing the child restraint.

After the child restraint system is installed, shake the system forward and backward, leftward and rightward to check whether it is securely fixed. The movement of a child restraint must not exceed 25 mm.

Before each time of use, make sure the child restraint system is securely fixed.

As for a child restraint system fixed with three - point type seat belt, make sure that the seat belt gets through the system without twisting and the latch is plugged into the buckle.

DANGER

It is forbidden to add cushion or other articles under or behind the child restraint system.

If the child restraint system is directly exposed to sunlight, the temperature of the seat belt and child restraint system may raise, causing burn to the child. Check the temperature of the seat cover and buckle before use.

When the child restraint device will not be used any more, please use its fixing points or seat belt
