Wiper Blade

Check Wiper Blade

Use your fingertips to slide along the edge of wiper blades. When the edge of the rubber strip is obviously damaged and cannot fully clean the windshield, wiper blades should be replaced immediately.

If wiper blades are not cleaned properly, use a soft sponge dipped in water to clean the rubber strips of wiper blades. First, use a special detergent to clean the windshield and wiper blades, and then rinse with clean water. If the windshield is still not cleaned adequately after washing wiper blades and glass, wiper blades should be replaced immediately.

CAUTION

When there are obvious foreign objects on the windshield or wiper blades, you must clean them before using wipers to avoid damaging the wiper blade rubber strips. Before starting wipers in winter, the windshield and wipers must be completely cleared of ice and snow.

Do not use gaslion, petroleum, paint thinner or other similar solvents to clean wiper blades.

To avoid damaging the wiper arms or other parts, do not bend or turn wiper arms and blades by hand.

Replace Wiper Blades

1. Engage the vehicle in park and turn off wipers.

2. On the central control display screen, click [Vehicle Center] - [Safety Maintenance] - [ Wiper Service Mode] to enter wiper service mode.
