STOP/START All XF's engines are available with Stop/Start*. It shuts down the engine when you come to a complete halt and restarts the engine immediately when required. XF's new system reduces battery weight by 10kg to help save fuel, especially during urban driving. XF's air conditioning system will continue to operate as normal during engine shut down. The engine is automatically restarted if the cabin is not being cooled efficiently.
