STOP/START* TECHNOLOGY CLEAN TECHNOLOGIES EFFICIENT TECHNOLOGIES

STOP/START* TECHNOLOGY All XJ engines utilise Stop/Start* technology. It shuts down the engine when you come to a complete halt and restarts the engine immediately when required, helping to save fuel, especially during urban driving. XJ's air conditioning system will continue to operate as normal during engine shut down. The engine is automatically restarted if the cabin is not being cooled efficiently.

We are determined to do more with less. That is why XJ uses a range of technologies to reduce fuel consumption and CO 2 emissions, all while staying true to Jaguar's dynamic nature.
