Phone issues

This is a phone-dependent feature.

Go to the website to review your phone's compatibility. Try turning off the device, resetting the device or removing the device's battery, then trying again. Press the Phone button to return to the Phone menu.

Text messaging is not working on SYNC.

This may be a possible phone malfunction.

I cannot return to the Phone menu when selecting a contact.

You are on the Select a Character screen.
