Operating conditions When the function is enabled and the vehicle speed exceeds 15 km/h, if moving vehicles are detected in the blind spot monitoring area or rapidly approaching vehicles are in the lane change collision warning area, the system will remind the driver by illuminating the alarm indicator. If the corresponding side turn signal is activated, the alarm indicator will flash, and the central control display will emit an auditory warning. At low speeds (less than 15 km/h), turning the steering wheel sharply in the same direction or activating the turn signal will trigger a standard warning for the blind spot monitoring function on the target steering side. Reverse cross traffic alert (RCTA) The reverse lateral warning function can assist the driver when backing out of a parking space or in other situations where traffic visibility is poor, such as complex entry and exit points, at night, and in foggy conditions. With the function activated and the vehicle in reverse gear, when another vehicle approaches rapidly from the side, posing a collision risk, the driver is alerted via the flashing warning indicator on the outside rear view mirror, sound alerts from the central control display, and flashing warning icons.
