Charging, discharging and fueling
Caution
If the above conditions are met and you still cannot charge, please contact an authorized service center. When the battery temperature is too high or too low, the charging current will be limited, and the charging time will be extended to protect the battery. The charging power is influenced by multiple factors including battery size, current charge percentage, battery temperature, ambient temperature, charging station, and grid voltage. Variations in displayed charging power are therefore considered normal. Please verify that the charging port is dry and free of foreign objects (such as water stains, hard debris, etc.) before charging. Open the charging port, carefully check the vehicle's charging socket and gun, ensuring there are no foreign objects inside. After charging, place the dust cover on the charging socket to prevent entry of water droplets or foreign objects. If you need to start the vehicle during charging, first unlock the entire vehicle and remove the charger before starting. It is advised to avoid outdoor charging during rainy and snowy conditions to prevent ice-water mixtures from clogging the drainage area of the charging port, which could lead to ice accumulation inside the charging port and affect the insertion and removal of the charger. Charging current settings 1. The charging current limit is set to the maximum by default. If you are concerned about the household circuit's load capacity, you can reduce the charging current setting by accessing [Vehicle Center] - [Energy] - [More] on the central control display screen; Caution
2. The charging current limit setting is only applicable to slow charge; 3. After modifying the charging current limit setting, the vehicle positioning system will save the location. If charging at the same location again, there is no need to repeat the setup.
