Maintenance and self-service
Checklist Precautions for maintenance
When your vehicle requires any inspection, maintenance, or service work, please visit an authorized service center and observe the following precautions to minimize personal injury or vehicle damage: 1. After the vehicle is powered on, do not touch high-voltage wires and components marked with warning marks; 2. Non-professional maintenance personnel are strictly prohibited from removing high-voltage lines and components with warning marks; 3. When repairing and maintaining the vehicle, ensure the vehicle is powered off and disconnect the negative terminal of the battery; 4. Exercise caution to avoid the positive and negative terminals of the power battery, preventing accidental short circuits; 5. Regardless of vehicle operation, do not remove the battery, high-voltage components, sensors, or other sensitive elements when unlocking and powering up the vehicle; 6. Do not mount equipment that may cause radio interference in vehicles to prevent interference; 7. When cleaning the surface of high-voltage components, use a dry cloth to remove debris, and do not clean them directly with water. During vehicle cleaning and maintenance, prevent water from entering the control unit; 8. When lifting the vehicle, avoid using the power battery as a support point. Use a safety bracket for support if working underneath, and wear safety protective gear; 9. Smoking materials, flammable items, and sparks must be kept away from batteries, power batteries, and high-voltage components; 10. Connect the battery wires, paying particular attention to polarity. Do not allow the positive cable to touch the negative terminal or the negative cable to touch the positive terminal, as this may lead to a short circuit accident; 11. When storing used coolant and other oils, keep them away from children and pets, and avoid placing them in accessible locations; 12. When the engine and motor are operating, ensure hands, feet, clothing, tools, and other objects maintain a safe distance; 13. Avoid contact with heat dissipation components like batteries, motors, exhaust pipes, and coolants to prevent burns. Power battery maintenance When the vehicle is frequently used, it is recommended to charge the vehicle fully at least once a week to maintain the power battery in optimal condition. To ensure the performance and normal power supply of the power battery during transportation or storage, it is recommended that the vehicle's remaining battery charge be at least 40% before transportation or storage. When the vehicle will not be used for an extended period (more than 3 months), ensure the remaining power of the battery is stored at 40% or above. Do not park the vehicle with a remaining battery power below 20% for more than 7 days; if it exceeds this period, recharge to 40% or above.
