Long-term vehicle parking If long-term parking is required, the vehicle should be kept in a cool, ventilated, clean, and dry environment, avoiding direct sunlight and rain exposure. 1. If the vehicle is parked for more than a month, the battery may become damaged due to excessive discharge. It is recommended to disconnect the negative terminal of the battery; 2. Close all doors and lock the vehicle. When parked indoors, you may slightly open one door or window; 3. Tires should be kept away from batteries and oil; 4. Inflate tires to the maximum air pressure as indicated by the tire pressure mark, check tire pressure monthly, and move the vehicle weekly to change the tire contact position to prevent deformation. Monthly check Coolant reservoir Ensure the coolant level in the reservoir is not below the MIN line. Pipes, hoses, and reservoirs Check for leaks. High-voltage components Check whether the battery, electric drive, and high-voltage harness are functioning correctly. Air conditioning condensate drain pipe Check if the air conditioning condensate drain pipe is damaged or blocked; if blocked or damaged, condensate can leak onto the passenger side floor. Parking brake operation Verify that the parking brake can clamp and release effectively. Tightening of wheel nuts Ensure that wheel nuts and bolts are securely tightened. Wiper Check whether the wiper arms and blades are in good condition. Horn operation Verify that the horn operates correctly. Steering Check for any abnormal looseness in the steering wheel. Pedal Ensure the brake pedal travel is appropriate. Routine check Warning lights and indicators Check if all control switches, warning lights, and indicators are functioning properly.
