Maintenance and self-service

ABS (anti-lock braking system) operates by comparing the wheel speeds. Therefore, when replacing tires, it is crucial to use tires of the same size as the original. Tire size and structure can influence wheel speed and may cause system incoherence. Warning! Mounting inappropriate tires can compromise the vehicle's maneuverability and stability and may result in accidents. Spare tire Full-size spare tire The spare tire equipped on this vehicle matches the type and size of the original tires, allowing for normal replacement and driving continuity.  The spare tire lacks a tire pressure monitoring sensor. After driving for a while post-replacement, the tire pressure warning light will illuminate, but it does not impact use.  Once the spare tire is mounted, promptly visit an authorized service center for tire pressure monitoring and adjustment to the specified levels.  Secure the repaired spare tire on the rack, return tools to their original positions, and place them inside the vehicle before any repair.  Ensure the use of original model wheel bolts or nuts when remounting the wheels post-repair. How to replace a spare tire The following images are schematic; refer to the actual product for accuracy. 1. Before replacing the spare tire, ensure all passengers exit, engage the parking brake, and shift to park gear. Park the vehicle on a hard, flat surface to avoid disrupting traffic and ensure safe operation. 2. Activate hazard lights and position a triangular warning sign 50-100 meters behind the vehicle. Generally, 50 meters on city ring roads and 150 meters on highways. 3. Retrieve the socket wrench, jack, jack adjustment rod, and nut clamp from the trunk and remove the spare tire from its bracket. 4. Remove the wheel nut cap. If equipped, use a nut clamp to remove all nut caps. Caution
