Winter tires and snow chains It is recommended to use winter tires on icy and snowy surfaces. Mounting winter tires significantly enhances vehicle handling on icy and snowy roads. It is advised to mount winter tires when the ambient temperature falls below 7℃. For winter tires, select those with identical model, structure, and load capacity as the original. Ensure the allowable speed and pressure meet the dealer's requirements to avoid compromising vehicle safety and performance. When the ambient temperature reaches 7℃, summer or all-season tires should be promptly installed. The thickness of mounted anti-skid chains must not exceed 9mm. Anti-skid chains should be securely mounted on all four tires. Snow chains may only be added to specific tire models. Refer to the "Emergency Rescue - Basic Vehicle Information - Wheel and Tire Parameters" section for details. After driving 0.5 to 1 km, re-tighten the snow chains to ensure safety. Tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) General instructions While driving, the tire pressure monitoring system can track the pressure of all four tires. If tire pressure is abnormal, the tire pressure monitoring system will alert the driver. Tire pressure information is displayed on the central control display screen. During vehicle operation, the central control display screen can show tire information, allowing the current tire pressure to be viewed. When the tire pressure is abnormal, the tire pressure fault indicator will illuminate. If the alarm is solely due to low air pressure, after correcting the tire pressure according to the vehicle label’s recommended cold tire pressure, the tire pressure fault indicator will automatically turn off after driving for a few minutes. The tire pressure monitoring system can only function when the corresponding sensors are Tire pressure should be set to the recommended cold tire pressure to suit the corresponding driving conditions. Tire pressure should be checked and adjusted monthly when the tires are cold. Tires are considered cold under the following conditions: The vehicle has been parked for at least 3 hours without direct sunlight exposure. The vehicle should not travel more than 1.6 km. When calibrating tire pressure, there may be a discrepancy between the value measured by the pressure gauge and the tire pressure monitoring system. The tire inflation pressure should be based on the tire pressure monitoring system's measurement. The tire pressure monitoring system cannot alert you to a complete loss of pressure, such as when a tire is punctured by a foreign object. At such times, brake cautiously and avoid sudden steering. When the tire is inflated, the tire pressure value will update after the vehicle has been driven for a certain period. In the following situations, the tire pressure monitoring system may experience interference, causing the tire pressure fault indicator to illuminate abnormally: mounted on all wheels.
