Vehicle Driving

After IACC is activated, ACC is also activated synchronously, and the acceleration and deceleration control logic of the vehicle is the same as when ACC is activated. When ACC enters the driver's active acceleration mode, the acceleration and braking of the vehicle will be controlled by the driver, but IACC will still provide assisted steering. When IACC is working, if the driver quickly steps on the accelerator pedal, the vehicle speed will increase significantly instantly, which may affect the stability of IACC assisted steering. The driver must always pay attention to the vehicle's driving status and take over control of the vehicle in time.

Adjust cruise speed

After activating IACC, you can set the cruise speed by referring to the ACC usage method, see "Adjust the Cruise Speed".

Adjust the following time and distance interval

After activating IACC, you can adjust the following time and distance interval by referring to the ACC usage method, see "Adjusting the Following Time and Distance Interval".

Exit IACC

1. Voluntarily withdraw from IACC

IACC can’t adapt to all weather and road conditions. The driver needs to disable IACC when necessary to ensure driving safety. How to automatically exit IACC:

• Cancel by moving the shift lever upwards or by actively pressing the brake pedal.

When you exit IACC actively, you need to push the gear lever downward one time to reactivate IACC.

2. Automatically withdraw from IACC

IACC needs to work in conjunction with other systems. When other systems don’t meet the working conditions, IACC will automatically exit. IACC automatically exits as follows:

• The camera is blocked;

• other system failures or unavailability;

• Lane assist system malfunction;

• The driver takes his hands off steering wheel;

• The vehicle speed exceeds the maximum speed limit;

• Other circumstances that lead to ACC withdrawal.

When IACC is automatically exited, you need to move the shift lever down again to activate IACC.

3. Switch from IACC to ACC

When IACC is activated, you can switch IACC to ACC by clicking [Vehicle Center] - [Intelligent Driving] - [Driving Assistance] - [Intelligent Driving Preferences] on the central control display and enabling [Adaptive Cruise Control]. At this time, the system will exit lateral control and only maintain longitudinal control.

4. Temporary withdrawal from IACC
