Fuse Box
Fuse
There is a fuse distribution diagram on the back of fuse box cover.
The fuse box in the front engine compartment is
located on the driver's side of the front engine compartment.
Front panel fuse box
Located inside the right A - pillar on the front passenger side.
Trunk fuse box
Located inside the rear right wheel wrap.
WARNING
It is strictly forbidden to modify the vehicle's electrical system in any way. Repairs to the electrical system must be performed by dealers authorized by Changan Automobile. Before replacing fuse, the vehicle must be powered off, the bolts on the negative pole of the battery must be loosened, the terminal must be removed, and the terminal and the negative pole of the battery must be disconnected. It is forbidden to replace fuse while it is powered on. The new fuse should have the same specifications as the original fuse, otherwise the electrical equipment may be damaged. If the fuse blows again immediately after replacement, turn off all electrical appliances and go to a Changan Automobile authorized dealer for inspection and repair.
Replace Fuse
1.
Open the fuse box cover;
2. Fuse extractor is located in the front cabin fuse box, the front panel fuse box, and the trunk fuse box. Remove fuse with the corresponding function according to the fuse distribution map;
3. Determine whether the fuse is blown by observing its integrity;
4. Determine the cause of the blown fuse and correct the problem.
5. Replace fuse.
Battery
Self - discharge of Battery
Theoretically, self - discharge of battery is inevitable. Even if they are left in an open circuit for too long, battery power will be significantly depleted. The self - discharge of battery is affected by factors such as temperature and storage conditions.
• The higher the temperature, the higher the self - discharge rate.
