11. Turn the jack counterclockwise to lower the vehicle.

12. Use a socket wrench to tighten each wheel nut in a diagonal pattern. For safety, apply additional force with your foot to ensure the nuts are fully tightened.

CAUTION

After replacing the spare tire, promptly use a torque wrench to tighten the nuts to the specified torque of 110±10 N.m. Otherwise, the wheel nuts may loosen or fall off, potentially leading to serious accidents.

13. Install the nut decorative covers on vehicles equipped with them.

14. Install the faulty tire, put all tools back to their designated locations and secure them.

CAUTION

1. The in-vehicle tools provided at the factory are only suitable for this model and should not be used for other purposes. 2. To replace bolts or nuts, please use the bolts or nuts with the same metric threads and chamfers. Nuts or bolts with other threads than metric ones may damage the bolts or nuts, resulting in failure of wheel fixing. 3. Before install the wheel nuts or wheel, please check the wheel type carefully. Please consult a dealer authorized by CHANGAN Automobile in case of any problem. 3. If the spare tire is not equipped with a tire pressure sensor, the tire pressure fault light will be on after driving for a period of time. After installing the spare tire, you should visit an authorized Changan dealer as soon as possible for tire pressure monitoring maintenance and adjust the pressure to the specified level. Installing winter tires can greatly improve the car's handling stability on icy and snowy roads. It is recommended to install winter tires when the ambient temperature is below 7 ℃ . When using winter tires, you must choose tires with the same model, structure and load bearing capacity as the original tires, and the allowable speed and air pressure in winter must meet the requirements of the winter tire dealers. Otherwise, it will affect the safety and handling performance of the vehicle and there will be risks of accidents and injuries. When the ambient temperature rises to 7°C, summer tires or all-season tires should be replaced in time. The thickness of the installed snow chains must not exceed 9mm. For rear-wheel drive vehicles, snow chains should be securely installed on the rear wheels. Four-wheel drive vehicles must have snow chains installed on both the front and rear wheels. Snow chains can only be added to specific tire models. For details, see the "Emergency Rescue - Basic Vehicle Information - Wheel and Tire Parameters" section. Winter Tires and Snow Chains It is recommended to use winter tires or snow chains on icy and snowy roads.
