Vehicle driving

Caution AUTO HOLD is not a substitute for electronic parking. Please secure park to prevent vehicle roll. If the driver's side door opens during AUTO HOLD operation, AUTO HOLD disengages and switches to electronic parking to prevent roll. A slight body movement during the switch is normal. When there is a fault with AUTO HOLD, the central control display screen will light up. Please go to an authorized service outlet for maintenance. Anti-lock braking system (ABS) During vehicle operation, the ABS system prevents wheel lock-up, helping maintain steering and stability, enhancing control during braking. When ABS is active, expect slight brake pedal vibration and motor sound in the front cabin, which is normal. Body stability control system (ESC) The ESC system utilizes sensors to monitor vehicle status. In a critical stability state (e.g., sharp turns or lane changes), it modulates wheel braking torque or electric drive output torque, enhancing stability, reducing accident likelihood, and improving safety. During ESC operation, the ESC indicator flashes, the brake pedal vibrates slightly, and motor and solenoid valve sounds occur in the front cabin, which is normal. Activation and deactivation: Use the central control display to navigate [Vehicle Center] - [Drive] - [Drive Control] - [ESC OFF] for ESC function control. After deactivating ESC, the display shows ; upon reactivation, the display turns off. With ESC fault, on the display remains lit, indicating an issue. Visit an authorized service outlet for repairs. Warning! For increased driving safety, activating the ESC function is advised. Electronic brake force distribution (EBD) function The EBD function automatically adjusts the braking force of the rear wheels during braking, reducing the risk of skidding and improving driving safety.
